Job Summary
Specialty Representative focusing on Parkinson's within Edison, NJ. Field-based role responsible for executing brand strategy and tactics to achieve sales performance, managing territory and key accounts, and placing the patient at the center of efforts. Develop pre-call plans, handle objections, and secure actions to close calls; build trusted relationships with healthcare providers and maximize access and sales opportunities. Requires Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field or equivalent industry experience, HCIR credentialing, and a valid driver’s license with ability to pass drug screening. Must be able to operate in a field-based environment and meet credentialing and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
- Relevant and equivalent industry experience required in lieu of a bachelor’s degree is at least five (5) years of experience with three (3) or more years of experience within the pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred and a high school diploma/GED required
- Proven track record of leadership success and solid presentation skills
- Proactively identifies customer style / behavior and adapts quickly all aspects of selling approach
- An essential requirement is HCIR credentialing including background checks, immunization proof, fingerprinting
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
Desired Qualifications
