Job Summary
Field-based Specialty Representative focused on migraine therapies, manages assigned territory and accounts, and executes brand strategy to maximize short- and long-term sales performance. Responsibilities include delivering sales performance and brand KPIs, creating pre-call plans and post-call evaluations, handling objections, building trusted relationships with healthcare providers, developing and executing call plans to optimize access and frequency, understanding disease state and competitive landscape, and ensuring HCIR credentialing and compliance with AbbVie’s business code of conduct. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or relevant equivalent industry experience) and strong communication, strategic thinking, and field-sales skills; valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
- Relevant and equivalent industry experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree is acceptable
- At least a valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- HCIR credentialing requirements may include background checks, immunization/vaccination proof, fingerprinting, and related steps
