Job Summary
Specialty Representative for Dermatology responsible for field-based sales in the Bend, Medford, and Oregon coast region. Executes brand strategy, builds and maintains relationships with health providers, achieves sales KPIs and financial targets, develops pre-call plans, handles objections, and fosters access to patients. Requires collaborating with district teams, understanding disease states and product knowledge, credentialing requirements, and effective territory management. Bachelor’s or equivalent experience preferred; HCIR credentialing and driving requirements apply. Travel within the assigned geography and a valid driver’s license required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
- At least five (5) years of experience with three (3) or more years in pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- HCIR credentialing requirements and related clearances
- Proven track record in sales; ability to build relationships with healthcare providers; strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute call plans, manage territory metrics, and achieve brand KPIs
