Job Summary
Field-based Specialty Representative for Dermatology in the Eugene, OR area within AbbVie’s Allergan Aesthetics/dermatology portfolio. Responsible for executing brand strategy and tactics, achieving sales KPIs and financial targets, and building strong relationships with key customers. Develops and executes call plans, handles objections, and uses SMART objectives to improve sales performance. Builds market understanding, differentiates AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers, and ensures compliance with health-care industry credentialing requirements. Requires in-field territory management, travel within the primary geography (Bend, Medford, coast region), and ongoing collaboration with district and brand teams. Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field (or equivalent experience) and relevant pharmaceutical/health industry experience preferred; may require HCIR credentialing and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
- at least five (5) years of experience with three (3) or more years of experience within the pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred
- valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- HCIR credentialing requirements including background checks, immunization/vaccination proof, fingerprinting, and related licenses
