Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex sourcing searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools to build recruiting strategies for finance, banking, and creative specialty markets. Evaluate candidate skills through behavioral interviews and competency assessments, then schedule interviews and facilitate client briefs while negotiating compensation and bill rates. Manage the full placement cycle from onboarding to redeployment, maintaining accurate documentation and coaching associates on policy interpretation and career development. Provide daily performance analyses, coordinate job order distribution, and resolve client issues through direct calls and visits to maximize service levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Adecco Group experience
- Minimum of one year professional skill set recruiting experience
- Banking recruiting experience
- Finance recruiting experience
- Creative industries recruiting experience
- Internet recruiting experience
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks
- Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Capable of handling multiple tasks, problem resolution, and prioritization
- Knowledge of current recruiting practices abiding by federal and state laws and Company policies
- Ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
