Job Summary
Execute the full placement cycle for finance, banking, and creative specialty markets by sourcing candidates, conducting behavioral interviews, and negotiating offers. Develop specialized recruiting strategies, maintain internal candidate databases, and coordinate daily requisition meetings to prioritize open orders. Facilitate client and candidate briefings, manage on-boarding processes, and ensure full compliance with employment law and company policies. Provide coaching to associates, evaluate satisfaction via surveys, and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions. Support branch managers in meeting financial goals while acting as an escalation point when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field

- Minimum of one year professional skill set recruiting experience

- Finance recruiting experience
- Creative industries recruiting experience
- Internet recruiting experience
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks
- Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Capable of handling multiple tasks, problem resolution, and prioritization
- Knowledge of current recruiting practices abiding by federal and state laws and Company policies
- Ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
