Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools to source candidates for finance, banking, and creative specialty markets. Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified professionals, evaluate skills through behavioral interviews, and schedule interviews based on branch needs. Facilitate interviews with candidates and customers, including preparation, client briefs, and debriefs, while extending offers and negotiating compensation and bill rates. Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions, coach associates on career development, and resolve client issues through direct calls and visits. Participate in daily requisition meetings, coordinate job order distribution, and execute client-specific on-boarding processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field

- Minimum of one year professional skill set recruiting experience
- Banking recruiting experience
- Finance recruiting experience
- Creative industries recruiting experience
- Internet recruiting experience
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks
- Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Capable of handling multiple tasks, problem resolution, and prioritization
- Knowledge of current recruiting practices abiding by federal and state laws and Company policies
- Ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
