Job Summary
Execute the full placement cycle for finance, banking, and creative specialty markets by sourcing candidates, conducting behavioral interviews, and negotiating compensation and bill rates. Develop creative recruiting strategies, manage candidate databases, and coordinate daily requisition meetings to prioritize open orders. Facilitate client briefings, on-boarding processes, and debriefs while maintaining accurate, compliant documentation of all interactions. Coach associates on skill enhancement, resolve disciplinary issues, and evaluate customer and Associate satisfaction through surveys. Coordinate job order distribution with branch managers and consult on staffing trends to maximize service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field

- Minimum of one year professional skill set recruiting experience
- Banking experience
- Finance experience
- Creative industries experience
- Internet recruiting experience
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks
- Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Capable of handling multiple tasks, problem resolution, and prioritization
- Knowledge of current recruiting practices abiding by federal and state laws and Company policies
- Ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
