Job Summary
Execute the placement cycle for finance, banking, and creative specialty markets by sourcing candidates, analyzing inventory needs, and developing specialized recruiting strategies. Conduct behavioral interviews, schedule meetings, and facilitate client briefs while negotiating compensation and bill rates. Manage candidate databases, maintain compliant documentation, and coach associates on career development and policy interpretation. Coordinate job order distribution, resolve client issues, and perform associate counseling or disciplinary actions as needed. Prioritize open orders in daily requisition meetings and support branch managers in meeting financial objectives while ensuring full compliance with company policies.
