Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex sourcing searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools to build recruiting strategies for finance, banking, and creative specialty markets. Analyze candidates through behavioral interviews and competency evaluations, then schedule interviews and facilitate client briefs. Develop creative strategies to attract qualified candidates, maintain internal databases, and negotiate compensation and bill rates. Coordinate job order distribution, resolve client issues, and execute on-boarding processes while maintaining accurate documentation. Coach associates on career development, evaluate satisfaction via surveys, and perform disciplinary actions as needed. Prioritize open orders in daily requisition meetings and act as an escalation point of contact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field

- Minimum of one year professional skill set recruiting experience
- Banking recruiting experience
- Finance recruiting experience
- Creative industries recruiting experience
- Internet recruiting experience
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks
- Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Capable of handling multiple tasks, problem resolution, and prioritization
- Knowledge of current recruiting practices abiding by federal and state laws and Company policies
- Ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
