Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex sourcing searches using Adecco and internet tools to build recruiting strategies for finance, banking, and creative specialty markets. Analyze candidates through prescreening and behavioral interviews, then schedule interviews, facilitate client briefs, and negotiate compensation and bill rates. Manage the full placement cycle from on-boarding to redeployment, maintain accurate documentation of all interactions, and provide coaching to associates on skills and career development. Evaluate customer and associate satisfaction via surveys while coordinating job order distribution and resolving client issues. Maintain awareness of local market salaries and staffing trends to recommend service delivery improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Adecco Group experience
- Minimum of one year professional skill set recruiting experience
- Banking recruiting experience
- Finance recruiting experience
- Creative industries recruiting experience
- Internet recruiting experience
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks
- Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Capable of handling multiple tasks, problem resolution, and prioritization
- Knowledge of current recruiting practices abiding by federal and state laws and Company policies
- Ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
