Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex sourcing searches using Adecco and internet tools to build recruiting strategies for finance, banking, and creative specialty markets. Analyze prescreened candidates against inventory needs, assess hard and soft skills through behavioral interviews, and schedule interviews prioritizing branch requirements. Develop creative strategies to attract qualified talent via social networking and job boards, while maintaining an internal database of candidates. Facilitate candidate preparation, client briefs, and debriefs, then extend assignment offers including compensation and bill rate negotiations. Manage the full placement cycle from onboarding to redeployment, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policy while supporting branch managers to meet financial goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Adecco Group experience
- Minimum of one year professional skill set recruiting experience
- Banking recruiting experience
- Finance recruiting experience
- Creative industries recruiting experience
- Internet recruiting experience
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks
- Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Capable of handling multiple tasks, problem resolution, and prioritization
- Knowledge of current recruiting practices abiding by federal and state laws and Company policies
- Ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
