Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex sourcing searches, analyze results, and modify strategies to meet inventory needs for finance, banking, and creative specialty markets. Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates, build a network of talent, and assess hard and soft skills through behavioral interviews. Schedule interviews, facilitate client and candidate briefings, and negotiate offers while maintaining accurate, compliant documentation of all interactions. Coach associates on skill enhancement, evaluate satisfaction via surveys, and coordinate job order distribution to maximize service delivery. Perform associate coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as needed, while participating in special projects and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field

- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

- Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Capable of handling multiple tasks, problem resolution, and prioritization
- Knowledge of current recruiting practices abiding by federal and state laws and Company policies
- Ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
