Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex searches using Adecco and internet tools to source candidates for finance, banking, and creative specialty markets. Develop creative recruiting strategies, build candidate networks, and schedule interviews while assessing hard and soft skills through behavioral evaluations. Facilitate the full placement cycle, including candidate preparation, client briefs, offer negotiations, and on-boarding. Maintain accurate documentation of all client, candidate, and employee interactions via front office systems. Coach associates on skill enhancement, interpret policies, and provide guidance on benefits and career development. Evaluate customer and associate satisfaction through surveys and interviews to ensure compliance with company policies and employment law.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Adecco Group experience
- Minimum of one year professional skill set recruiting experience
- Banking recruiting experience
- Finance recruiting experience
- Creative industries recruiting experience
- Internet recruiting experience
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks
- Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Capable of handling multiple tasks, problem resolution, and prioritization
- Knowledge of current recruiting practices abiding by federal and state laws and Company policies
- Ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
