Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex sourcing searches, analyze results, and build recruiting strategies to meet inventory needs in finance, banking, and creative specialty markets. Execute the full placement cycle, including scheduling interviews, facilitating client briefs, negotiating offers, and managing on-boarding processes. Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions, coach associates on skill development, and evaluate customer and associate satisfaction via surveys. Coordinate job order distribution, consult with hiring managers on specialized needs, and resolve issues through direct customer calls and visits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Adecco Group experience
- Minimum of one year professional skill set recruiting experience
- Banking recruiting experience
- Finance recruiting experience
- Creative industries recruiting experience
- Internet recruiting experience
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks
- Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Capable of handling multiple tasks, problem resolution, and prioritization
- Knowledge of current recruiting practices abiding by federal and state laws and Company policies
- Ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
