Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools to build successful recruiting strategies for finance, banking, and creative specialty markets. Develop creative strategies to attract qualified candidates, maintain internal databases, and leverage resources including social networking and job boards. Assess candidate skills through behavioral interviews, schedule interviews based on branch needs, and facilitate client briefs and debriefs. Extend assignment offers including compensation and bill rate negotiations, while maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions. Coach associates on skill enhancement, evaluate satisfaction via surveys, and coordinate job order distribution to maximize service levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Adecco Group experience
- Minimum of one year professional skill set recruiting experience
- Banking experience
- Finance experience
- Creative industries experience
- Internet recruiting experience
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks
- Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Capable of handling multiple tasks, problem resolution, and prioritization
- Knowledge of current recruiting practices abiding by federal and state laws and Company policies
- Ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
