Job Summary
Execute the full placement cycle for finance, banking, and creative specialty markets, conducting complex searches, analyzing candidate skills, and developing specialized recruiting strategies. Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates while scheduling interviews, conducting behavioral assessments, and facilitating client briefs and debriefs. Negotiate compensation and bill rates, manage on-boarding processes, and provide coaching to associates on policy, benefits, and career development. Coordinate job order distribution, evaluate customer and associate satisfaction, and serve as a team lead or escalation point to ensure compliance and meet financial objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field

- Minimum of one year professional skill set recruiting experience
- Banking experience
- Finance experience
- Creative industries experience
- Internet recruiting experience
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks
- Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Capable of handling multiple tasks, problem resolution, and prioritization
- Knowledge of current recruiting practices abiding by federal and state laws and Company policies
- Ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
