Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex searches using Adecco and internet tools to meet customer inventory needs, while developing creative recruiting strategies for specialized industries. Participate in daily requisition meetings to prioritize open orders and allocate resources, then coordinate job order distribution and communicate customer requirements to receiving branches. Coach associates on skill enhancements and manage client-specific onboarding, orientations, and screening processes. Maintain strong client relationships and execute special projects as assigned. This role supports a global collaborative team within Adecco's Future@Work strategy, offering growth across diverse global brands.
