Specialty Recruiter | Adecco Staffing | Richmond, VA (In-Office)

Conduct moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools to meet inventory needs, while developing creative recruiting strategies for specialized industries. Participate in daily requisition meetings to prioritize open orders and allocate resources, then coordinate job order distribution and communicate customer needs with receiving branches. Coach associates on skill enhancement using internal training tools and create client-specific on-boarding, orientations, presentations, documents, and screening protocols. Maintain strong client relationships and execute other duties as assigned. This role supports the Future@Work strategy within a global team of 30,000+ colleagues across 60 countries.
