Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools to meet customer inventory needs. Develop creative recruiting strategies for specialized industries and participate in daily requisition meetings to prioritize open orders. Coach associates on skill enhancement while coordinating job order distribution and communicating client needs to receiving branches. Create and execute client-specific on-boarding, orientations, presentations, documents, and screening processes. Maintain strong client relationships and deliver results within a growing collaborative team. This role offers growth across a variety of interesting jobs and careers within a global portfolio of brands.
