Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyze results, and modify strategies to meet inventory needs. Develop creative recruiting approaches for specialized industries, participate in daily requisition meetings to prioritize open orders, and coach associates on skill enhancement. Coordinate job order distribution, communicate customer needs with receiving branches, and execute client-specific on-boarding, orientations, and screening processes. Maintain client relationships while performing special projects as assigned. This role supports a global collaborative team of 30,000+ colleagues working across 60 countries, focusing on streamlined recruiting methods and balanced work-life integration.
