Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyze results, and modify strategies to meet inventory needs. Develop creative recruiting strategies for specialized industries, participate in daily requisition meetings to prioritize open orders, and coach associates on skill enhancement. Coordinate job order distribution, communicate customer needs with receiving branches, and execute client-specific on-boarding, orientations, presentations, documents, screening, and testing. Perform other duties as assigned while maintaining strong client relationships. This role supports a growing collaborative team within a global organization of 30,000+ colleagues working in over 60 countries.
