Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyze results, and modify strategies to meet inventory needs. Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates in specialized industries while participating in daily requisition meetings to prioritize open orders. Coach associates on skill enhancement and coordinate job order distribution, communicating customer needs with receiving branches. Execute client-specific on-boarding, orientations, presentations, documents, screening, and testing. Maintain customer relationships and perform other duties as assigned. This role supports a growing collaborative team within a global organization of 30,000+ colleagues, offering opportunities to grow across a variety of interesting jobs and careers.
