Specialty Recruiter | Adecco Staffing | Richmond, VA (In-Office)

Conduct moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools to meet inventory needs, while developing creative recruiting strategies for specialized industries. Participate in daily requisition meetings to prioritize open orders and allocate resources, then coordinate job order distribution and communicate customer needs to receiving branches. Coach associates on skill enhancements and execute client-specific on-boarding, orientations, presentations, documents, screening, and testing. Manage special projects and other duties as assigned.
