Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools to meet customer demands in specialized industries. Develop creative recruiting strategies, participate in daily requisition meetings to prioritize open orders, and coordinate job order distribution while maintaining client relationships. Coach associates on skill enhancement and execute client-specific on-boarding, orientations, and screening processes. Perform other duties as assigned within a global collaborative team of over 30,000 colleagues.
