Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools to meet inventory needs, while developing creative recruiting strategies for specialized industries. Participate in daily requisition meetings to prioritize open orders and allocate resources, then coordinate job order distribution and communicate customer needs to receiving branches. Coach associates on skill enhancement using internal training tools and execute client-specific on-boarding, orientations, presentations, documents, screening, and testing. Maintain strong client relationships and deliver results through a solutions-oriented attitude.
