Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyze results, and modify strategies to meet inventory needs. Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates in highly specialized industries while participating in daily requisition meetings to prioritize open orders and allocate resources. Coach associates on skill enhancement, coordinate job order distribution, and communicate customer needs to receiving branches. Create and execute client-specific on-boarding, orientations, presentations, documents, and screening tests. Maintain client relationships and perform special projects as assigned. This role supports a growing collaborative team within the global Adecco Group, offering opportunities to grow across a variety of interesting jobs and careers.
