Specialty Recruiter | Adecco Staffing | Richmond, VA (In-Office)

Conduct moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools to meet inventory needs, while developing creative recruiting strategies for specialized industries. Participate in daily requisition meetings to prioritize open orders and allocate resources, then coordinate job order distribution and communicate customer needs with receiving branches. Create and execute client-specific on-boarding, orientations, presentations, documents, screening, and testing. Coach associates on skill enhancement using internal training tools and perform other duties as assigned. This role supports a global collaborative team of 30,000+ colleagues working across 60 countries, focusing on bridging the gap between customer and associate relationships.
