Conduct moderately complex searches using Adecco and internet tools to meet inventory needs, while developing creative recruiting strategies for specialized industries. Prioritize open orders in daily requisition meetings and coordinate job order distribution to maintain client relationships. Coach associates on skill enhancement and execute client-specific on-boarding, orientations, and screening processes. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. This role supports a growing collaborative team within Adecco's global network, focusing on bridging gaps between customer and associate relationships through streamlined recruiting methods.
