Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyze results, and modify strategies to meet inventory needs. Develop creative recruiting approaches for specialized industries, prioritize open orders in daily requisition meetings, and allocate resources effectively. Coach associates on skill enhancement while coordinating job order distribution and communicating customer needs to receiving branches. Create and execute client-specific on-boarding, orientations, presentations, documents, and screening processes. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
