Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex searches using Adecco and internet tools, analyzing results to meet inventory needs. Develop creative recruiting strategies for specialized industries and participate in daily requisition meetings to prioritize open orders. Coach associates on skill enhancement while coordinating job order distribution and maintaining client relationships. Create and execute client-specific on-boarding, orientations, presentations, documents, screening, and testing. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. This role supports a global collaborative team of 30,000+ colleagues working across 60 countries.
