Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyze results, and modify strategies to meet inventory needs. Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates in highly specialized industries. Participate in daily requisition meetings to prioritize open orders and allocate recruiting resources. Coach associates on skill enhancement using internal training tools. Coordinate job order distribution and communicate customer needs with receiving branches while maintaining relationships. Create and execute client-specific on-boarding, orientations, presentations, documents, screening, and testing. This role supports a growing collaborative team within the global Adecco Group, offering opportunities to grow across a variety of interesting jobs and careers over our extensive portfolio of global brands.
