Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyze results, and modify strategies to meet inventory needs. Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates in highly specialized industries. Participate in daily requisition meetings to prioritize open orders and allocate resources. Coach associates on skill enhancement and coordinate job order distribution while communicating customer needs to receiving branches. Create and execute client-specific onboarding, orientations, presentations, documents, screening, and testing. Maintain client relationships and deliver results within a growing collaborative team.
