Job Summary
Conduct moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyze results, and modify strategies to meet inventory needs. Develop creative recruiting approaches for specialized industries while participating in daily requisition meetings to prioritize open orders and allocate resources. Coach associates on skill enhancement, coordinate job order distribution, and communicate customer needs to receiving branches. Create and execute client-specific onboarding, orientations, presentations, documents, and screening protocols. Maintain client relationships and deliver results within the growing collaborative team at Adecco Staffing.
Required Qualifications
