Job Summary
Operate mills, lathes, and surface grinders to fabricate and assemble custom components while building new production equipment. Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery, replacing parts and addressing wiring control logic issues promptly. Perform preventative maintenance on air handling units and conduct general facility upkeep, including janitorial tasks and yard policing. Assist other maintenance personnel with small jobs, load and unload trucks using a forklift, and manage dock area cleanliness. Work the 1st shift from 7 AM to 3 PM Monday through Friday with overtime as required.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to maintain good attendance
- Computer literate
- Good mechanical ability, including math and measurement skills
- Knowledge in cleaning duties
- Ability to obtain a driver license with a B endorsement (may be required)
- Ability to drive a forklift
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to communicate with other associates
- Ability to work with hand and power tools
- Some knowledge in carpentry
- Ability to work with PLCs and the program logic
- Ability to work with 3 phase voltages under 600V
- Experience in running: Bridgeport Mills
- Experience in running: Metal Lathe
- Experience in running: Surface grinders
- Experience in running: Metal saws
- Experience in running: Welders
