Job Summary
Review medication orders for accuracy and potential interactions, accurately prepare and dispense medications, and provide evidence-based drug information. Monitor drug levels to optimize therapy and educate patients and families about their medications. Operate within designated areas under moderate supervision while participating in the training of other employees in specialty pharmacy functions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy
- LIC-Pharmacy Technician - STATE_MI
- State of Michigan
- Drug-free workplace
