Specialty Pharmacy Program Manager (Pharmacist) - Retail Pharmacy - Full Time

Manage the Specialty Pharmacy Program for Elliot Health System by overseeing fulfillment, staffing, and clinical workflows while counseling patients and maintaining documentation. Collaborate with vendors like SHS to drive compliance, efficiency, and program performance, ensuring standards meet accrediting organizations such as URAC and ACHC. Design clinical protocols, patient support programs, and training modules while leading the Quality Management Committee and recruiting specialty-focused staff. Precept pharmacy students and residents as needed to support team development. This role requires a New Hampshire Registered Pharmacist with three years of specialty pharmacy experience to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
