Specialty Pharmacy - Client Success Analyst

Job Summary
Specialty Pharmacy - Client Services Analyst serves as the main point of contact between Loopback Health and health-system clients, bridging data integration, analytics, and client management throughout onboarding, go-live, and ongoing engagement. Responsibilities include acting as lead point of contact for assigned clients, guiding best practices for new software features, maintaining a healthy client portfolio and driving ROI, communicating progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to clients and management, evaluating UI/workflow and proposing product enhancements, troubleshooting client problems, validating report changes, writing client-specific logic to tag populations, prioritizing and escalating incidents, and collaborating with the sales team to identify growth opportunities. Required technical experience includes Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PowerBI, plus experience managing large data sets; preferred experience includes SQL and strong data-management formulas. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field is required. Travel expectation is less than 5%.
