Coordinate access to specialty medications for dermatology patients, focusing on navigating insurance, enrollment, and prior authorizations; manage benefit verifications, appeals, and letters of medical necessity; collaborate with specialty pharmacies, HUBs, insurers, and providers; perform Medical Assistant duties as needed while maintaining HIPAA compliance and effective patient communication; experience with EHR systems and strong customer service are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of a state-approved Medical Assistant program
