Job Summary
Provide direct leadership for Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and Periodontics teams while overseeing multi-site specialty clinic operations across Northern Nevada. Drive production, KPI performance, and scheduling optimization by managing provider schedules and partnering with specialists to support workflow efficiency. Collaborate with General Practice Managers to strengthen referral integration, track performance metrics, and implement improvement strategies. Support hiring, onboarding, and training of specialty team members while participating in leadership planning and strategic growth initiatives. This regional role requires travel between locations and offers a base salary of $52,000 to $65,000 with performance incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel between Northern Nevada clinics
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of healthcare or dental management experience preferred
- Specialty dental experience preferred but not required
