Specialty LPN - Full-time - Mercy St Louis Clinic Towers A & B

Specialized LPN role delivering professional nursing care within the LPN scope in an outpatient Women’s Health setting. Responsibilities include assisting physicians during minimally invasive gynecology/urogynecology procedures, performing specialty procedures (e.g., urodynamics testing, catheter placement, post-void residual assessments), bladder scans and point-of-care testing, administering injections, patient education (including intermittent self-catheterization training), coordinating care plans with the interdisciplinary team, maintaining Epic documentation (ICD-10, CPT), and supporting front desk operations while ensuring infection control and adherence to universal precautions.Qualifications require graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, an active LPN license in the hiring state, BLS certification (with possible unit-specific certifications such as ACLS/PALS/PEARS/STABLE), and the ability to meet physical demands of the role.
