Specialty LPN - Full-time - Mercy St Louis Clinic Towers A & B

Specialized outpatient LPN role focusing on Women’s Health, with emphasis on minimally invasive gynecology and urogynecology. Provide professional nursing care within LPN scope, assist physicians during procedures, perform specialty procedures (urodynamics testing, catheter placement, trial of void, post-void residuals), conduct bladder scans and point-of-care testing, administer injections, and deliver patient education including intermittent self-catheterization training. Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, maintain Epic documentation (ICD-10, CPT), support front desk operations, and ensure safety and infection control per policies. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license in the hiring state; BLS certification (and additional unit-specific certifications as required) are required or to be obtained within designated timeframe.
