Specialty LPN - Full-time - Mercy St Louis Clinic Towers A & B

Specialty LPN to join Mercy outpatient Women’s Health/gynecology/urogynecology team. Primary duties include delivering professional nursing care within LPN scope, patient rooming and vitals, assisting physicians during minimally invasive gynecology and urogynecology visits, performing specialty procedures (e.g., urodynamics testing, catheter placement, post-void residual assessments), conducting in-office procedures (bladder scans, point-of-care testing), administering injections, providing patient education (including intermittent self-catheterization), ensuring infection control and safety, coordinating surgical scheduling through Epic Marketplace, documenting in Epic (ICD-10/CPT), managing supplies and front desk tasks, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care plans. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, active LPN licensure in the hiring state, BLS certification (ACLS/PALS/PEARS or other unit-specific certifications may be required), and flexibility for outpatient clinic responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
