Specialty LPN - Full-time - Mercy St Louis Clinic Towers A & B

Specialty LPN to provide outpatient nursing care in Women’s Health with a focus on minimally invasive gynecology and urogynecology. Deliver professional nursing care within LPN scope, assist physicians during specialized visits and procedures, perform procedures such as urodynamics testing, catheter placement, and post-void residual assessments, conduct bladder scans and point-of-care testing, administer injections, provide patient education including intermittent self-catheterization training, ensure infection control and safety, coordinate care plans with the interdisciplinary team, document accurately in Epic (ICD-10/CPT coding), support front desk operations, and respond to urgent clinical situations in a fast-paced clinic setting. Must be licensed practical nurse with current state licensure, BLS (and potentially ACLS/PALS/PEARS/STABLE or other unit-specific certifications), and be prepared to meet any department-specific certification requirements; physical duties include standing/walking most of shift and lifting up to 50 pounds.
