Job Summary
Specialty LPN in Women’s Health performing professional nursing care under supervision, with experience in minimally invasive gynecology and urogynecology. Proficient in Epic documentation, clinical procedures, patient preparation and education, and care coordination in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Responsibilities include assisting physicians during gyne/urogyne visits and procedures, performing urodynamics testing, catheter placement, trial of void and post-void residual assessments, bladder scans, injections, infection control, surgical scheduling in Epic Marketplace, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Also supports front desk operations, patient check-in/check-out, and appointment scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license in state
- Experience: can be new or experienced LPN
- Basic Life Support certification or able to obtain within 30 days
- Certifications: ACLS/PALS/PEARS/STABLE or other unit-specific as required
