Job Summary
Specialty LPN in Women’s Health with focus on minimally invasive gynecology and urogynecology. Delivers professional nursing care within LPN scope, prepares patients with vitals and history, assists physicians during procedures, performs specialty tests (e.g., urodynamics), bladder scans, post-void residual assessments, injections, and in-office procedures; maintains Epic documentation and coordinates care with interdisciplinary team; supports front desk operations and patient scheduling; adheres to infection control and universal precautions; eligible for Mercy benefits and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Current LPN license in the hiring state
- Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Certifications may be required based on unit: ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., etc.
