Specialty Loan Servicing Manager

Oversee day-to-day operations of the specialty loan servicing department, ensuring all loans are boarded and serviced accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Identify knowledge gaps, workflow issues, or bottlenecks to improve team productivity, and assign tasks to meet service level agreements. Lead, train, and supervise a team of professionals, setting performance goals, providing coaching, and managing employee actions in partnership with Human Resources. Develop operating processes to maximize effectiveness while monitoring system performance and leading application testing and upgrades. Respond to departmental and external requests, serving as the primary point of contact for participant and agent banks. Prepare business performance analyses and reporting for management and regulatory agencies, lead audits and risk assessments, and support broader corporate initiatives including change management and mergers.
