Job Summary
Prepare and cook orders for assigned cuisine according to memorized standard recipes; monitor food production to ensure quality standards; maintain station and inventory to pars; coordinate orders for pick-up; maintain clean workstation and storage areas; control waste through proper rotation and quantity management; ensure safety and sanitation procedures are consistently applied; must have at least 6 months of cooking experience and be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 75 pounds for the duration of the shift; compliance with licenses/certifications as required.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
