Job Summary
Specialty Leasing Manager responsible for directing the specialty leasing program to achieve income and occupancy goals. Oversees licensing of RMUs, temporary kiosks, inline stores, and ancillary income; manages budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting; negotiates license agreements, coordinates with General Manager and Licensees, and collaborates with Marketing and Accounting to optimize revenue and center value. Requires experience in lease negotiations, license management, and retailer relations; must develop retailer action plans, ensure compliance with Operational Guidelines, and drive sponsorship/advertising opportunities. A Real Estate license or willingness to obtain within 120 days is required, with on-site duties in Denver, CO; visa sponsorship is not provided. Strong MS Office skills, budgeting/forecasting experience, and excellent interpersonal and closing skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred)
- 3 years of practical experience in relevant leasing/retail or real estate roles
- Real Estate license willingness to obtain within 120 days of employment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in managing budgets and forecasts
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement leasing/retailer action plans
- Knowledge of license agreements and deal management systems (e.g., DealTrak, Yardi)
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (General Manager, Marketing, Accounting)
- Strong closing and prospecting skills
- Understanding of tenancy/sponsorship revenue opportunities and ancillary income
- Compliance with property operations guidelines and design criteria
- Ability to collect and analyze sales reports and rent-related metrics
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
