Job Summary
Conduct financial and operational due diligence services, including on-site or remote examinations, portfolio reviews, and acquisition due diligence for clients across consumer finance, healthcare, and technology sectors. Utilize Excel-based workpapers to complete scoped procedures, evaluate complex credit structures, and collaborate with senior team members to identify portfolio risks and reconcile financial data. Interact regularly with institutional lenders, private credit funds, and subject company stakeholders to discuss operational updates and obtain insights for client reporting. Prepare comprehensive written reports summarizing findings, trends, and risk factors. Requires Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, advanced Excel proficiency, and flexibility for up to 50% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word, or other data extraction programs
- Strong analytical skills
- Genuine curiosity for financial and operational data
- Naturally inquisitive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Pattern recognition
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a client-service environment
- Ability to manage project overlap
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Flexibility for travel (up to 50%, typically Monday evening – Thursday afternoon when onsite)

Desired Qualifications
- Prior Asset-Based Lending (ABL) knowledge or experience
- Prior exposure to consumer finance, commercial specialty finance, healthcare, or venture debt structures
